NEW! - SHARING TRACKING SESSIONS
The latest version of Safe & Sound allows you to instantly share your current tracking activity with your emergency contacts. This will allow them to use Safe & Sound to view your location and audio information as it is being collected by Safe & Sound. This way your emergency contacts can keep an eye on you while you go on your planned activity.

LOCATION TRACKING
The Safe & Sound app uses the location services in your device to keep track of your whereabouts. It will register whenever you are moving and will keep a precise record of the time and location where you are as long as you allow it. These time and location records are then communicated to your emergency contacts the moment you trigger an emergency alert or when the tracking session for your activity expires.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

AUDIO RECORDING
Safe & Sound will use the audio recording capabilities in your device to record the audio throughout the activity you have selected. This audio will be compiled and registered so that it can be made available to your emergency contacts in case of an emergency.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS
Safe & Sound allows you to specify a list of emergency contacts to keep on file. These contacts will be used when a tracking activity expires or if you set of an emergency alert. Your emergency contacts will be contacted via e-mail providing them with the information you recorded during your tracking session.

Your emergency contacts will be able to go to our web pages to view all the recorded information for your tracked activity, including location and audio data, without any additional apps or software required.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ACTIVITIES
Whether youre going on a hike or a drive into downtown, Safe & Sound allows you to create and name any of your activities along with specifying the duration for it. This allows you to easily start a tracking session for a custom duration you can specify.

IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY ALERT
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to immediately alert your emergency contacts, Safe & Sound provides more than one way to do that. You can trigger an immediate alert directly or, if you are under duress, discretely by entering an alert passcode.

SAFE, SECURE, AND AVAILABLE VIA THE CLOUD
While tracking your activities, the Safe & Sound app will record your location and audio (based on your configuration) and will securely upload this information to the Cloud. Because of this, Safe & Sound doesnt rely on your devices storage capacity to maintain a record of your activity however long it takes. With the power, security, and pervasiveness of the Cloud, your emergency contacts can have access to the information youve decided to track via any web browser and anywhere they have Internet access.
